Welcome to 3 Pines, a peaceful forest retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac where mid-century modern design meets the tranquility of the surrounding forest. This fully remodeled 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home offers a cozy yet elevated escape that is perfect for a small family, a couple's getaway, or a relaxing weekend with friends. The open concept layout makes it the perfect space to gather and the vaulted ceilings with giant windows allow you to take in the natural light and the beautiful forest views from every angle.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you are fueling up for a day of adventure or enjoying a slow relaxing evening. Just off the kitchen is a spacious deck that has a brand new grill and seating to enjoy your morning coffee or meals surrounded by trees.

The best part of the property is the location with adventure practically right outside your door. You are just minutes away by bike or foot to some of the incredible Back 40 trails and only a five minute drive (1.5 miles) to the brand new Oz Bike park in Bella Vista that includes a bike gondola/lift!

When you are ready to explore beyond the woods, downtown Bentonville is only a 12 minute drive away offering great dining, shops, the Compton Gardens, the Crystal Bridges Museum, and so much more. Whether you are coming to ride, hike, explore Northwest Arkansas, or simply slow down and reconnect, 3 pines offers that perfect home base that is close to it all, yet tucked away in nature. *Please note this property does have an exterior ring camera located in the carport that has video and audio footage of the front door and exterior carport for safety.

3 Pines was the best house for our little family visiting for a tournament for our son. Our host was the most accommodating and she has thought of every detail!

Perfection! Everything—from the view to the decor—was amazing. Our host was wonderful and thought of everything for our stay! We couldn’t have found a better place to stay and will definitely be back!

We were enamored with 3 Pines. The location was nestled in the woods but still close to the main highway so we could get everywhere quickly. The space was thoughtfully decorated and every detail was taken care of. We’ll gladly visit again!

We booked this for my dad’s 70th birthday weekend getaway and could not have had a better experience! Our host was incredibly responsive and gave a lot of great local recommendations. The accommodations were pristine. My parents said they felt at home as soon as they walked in the door. The location was perfect for a weekend in Bentonville. 10/10 would recommend!!

This is a beautiful little home on a very quiet street. This house is decorated very nicely and is so clean and comfortable. They have thought of everything that you might need. The host was super friendly and communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

The most perfect experience! Attention to detail is top notch, our host was so thoughtful and thought of everything we could possibly need for our stay and had wonderful suggestions for things to do during our time there. Property was clean, well decorated, quiet and relaxing, and we loved having coffee and dinner on the back patio. We saw deer every day and even a groundhog. The location is a short drive down the hill into town, easy for groceries or walking trails. Will definitely stay here again!

This house is absolutely charming. Exactly as described in pictured but better... Spent a girls weekend retreat here and could not have been more perfect. We even have a mobile IV company (I IV Hydration & Wellness) come out and treat us to amazing liquid iv's. Will be doing it again. This house is a must, whether it's for a girls weekend, couples weekend, or just a very relaxing getaway to listen to the birds and smell the outdoors.

We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years, but this was easily the best experience we’ve had. The property was immaculate and beautiful, just as it appears in the listing. Alysha has the gift of hospitality! Every detail had been thought of. We lacked nothing. Communication was clear, thoughtful, and proactive. The property itself was so peaceful and quiet. We walked to the local trails, enjoyed coffee on the back deck, watched the birds, squirrels, and deer, and cooked every meal there. I can’t recommend this property enough! What a restful retreat!

The property was wonderful and well maintained. Everything was clean and ready to go, with great kitchen amenities and lots of space. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in, including our own. Alysha was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we had everything that we needed for our stay, even offering suggestions when the weather didn't completely cooperate with our original plans. Even had treats and drinks for our arrival, and a wonderful note that was personalized for us. This is how it's done. Lots of gambles on VRBO from time to time; this wasn't one of them. Stay here.

Sleeping is a top priority for me so we really tried to find good quality mattresses so guests would have a good nights sleep. An uncomfortable bed is the worst! My name is Alysha Findley and I have been in the education field for almost twenty years. I am originally from WI and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. I started my professional career as an elementary teacher and my teaching has evolved over the years into teaching yoga and all things wellness. My husband and I have been married for twenty years. We met in CO and have three amazing teenagers. Life is a little crazy and definitely loud, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

We started running our first short term rental in April of 2025 and although we are new to hosting, we absolutely love curating cozy spaces for our guests.
