We loved our stay. The kids LOVED the Nex Playground which was a nice bonus! Beautiful view from the balcony. Super convenient location. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay and will return to Dunes Village. It was a great location for our toddler. The captain’s cafe down stairs was delicious. We also enjoyed on site Starbucks coffee each morning. The room had a great view, and owner was easy to communicate with.

Everything in the listing is exactly as advertised. Check in was extremely easy and the property had anything and everything you could want. Such a good short trip with my kids. They had a blast in the pool and enjoyed the Starbucks in the morning. The room was very clean and well taken care of! Thanks again for a great stay.

The Penthouse at the Dunes was perfect . From the views of the ocean , cleanliness and all the amenities you needed . Couldn’t ask for more . Will definitely be back and the owner was a super chill guy and readily available.

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was exactly as listed, spotless, comfortable, and full of thoughtful extras. Sean was an amazing host, so kind and always quick to respond. The view is unreal, and the resort has so many fun activities for kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a fantastic trip and are already planning our return next year. This condo easily deserves a 5-star review! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot say enough great things about the property.The check-in process was quick and easy, taking only about five minutes. We traveled with two adults and three children, and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax, sleep comfortably, and store their belongings.The condo was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked. We especially appreciated being able to use the beach chairs during our stay, and the extra pillows were a nice touch as well.Sean was attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed both before our arrival and throughout our stay. His communication and hospitality truly enhanced our experience.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable condo in a family-friendly resort, I highly recommend staying here and booking with Sean. We would gladly return!

Clean room, comfortable king bed, pull out couch not as comfortable for an adult probably fine for a child, great access to pool and beach, kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. Host was a great communicator, knew just what to expect upon arrival and departure.
