The villa has a fully equipped Kitchen, Dining area, Living room, and a separate Bedroom with a King-size bed.

Enjoy a meal or your beverage of choice one the outdoor patio.

You also have the convenience of a Washer / Dryer unit inside your unit.

This amazing property has multiple hot-tubs and recreational facilities. It is also close to many local restaurants just a block or two away. You may not need to rent a car.

Free BBQ facilities are available on the grounds.

Please note the floor level assigned at Check In cannot be guaranteed. I am unable to guarantee you any specific view beyond the generic definition of Garden view, which includes any number of actual unit locations on the property.

GUEST ACCESS

This is a Marriott Resort Hotel property. Guests will have their own private unit, but resort Amenities (Pools, Hot Tubs, Games, Beach, and other Amenities, etc) will be shared with other Guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.

- Marriott's Aruba Surf Club is professionally managed and operated by Marriott Vacations Club. The Front Desk is staffed 24/7 for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. They are there to help so please don’t hesitate to contact them during your stay.

- Your assigned floor level cannot be guaranteed. Lower floors may have an obstructed or partially obstructed view. Please note that I cannot guarantee what unit you will be assigned nor what your actual view will be like.

- One FREE parking passes are included with this unit. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee.

- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay it can be scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk.

- Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis. Pool towels that are not returned to the Towel Hut will result in your being charged. So please make sure to return them when you are done.

- Additional Fees / Taxes: Please be aware of these potential additional fees that will be payable to the Front Desk at Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club...

• Government fee of ~$3 USD/night
• Levy fee of ~$15 USD for the week
• Timeshare tax of approx. ~$14.93 USD/night

These additional fees are required from all Guests traveling and staying in Aruba. These are not unique to my listing, and they are not being charged by me personally.
