At the beginning of Waikiki, the tourist center of Honolulu. Our charming studio in Waikiki is a breezy unit in Hawaiian Monarch building

Excellent location right across from the convention center, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to Ala Moana mall. Dine, swim, surf, and shop all within walking distance.
Fully renovated in Sept, 2024. Professionally cleaned after each guest. Security in lobby. Includes

-Queen sized bed
-Sliding window with tropical breezes and Mountain/Canal views.
-Kitchenette with stove, microwave, and kitchenware.
-Air conditioning included in unit
-Cafe dining table and chairs

Parking:
There is a gated parking garage at a daily rate of $50 (Cash Only). Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.
Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.
Waikiki is a vibrant and lively city, offering an exciting atmosphere just steps from world-class beaches, shopping, and dining. As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life.
For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change.

*Please kindly refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the property. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine of $500. Should the building management issue a citation to us as owners and hosts, we will escalate the matter for further action. **For the added safety of all our guests and to ensure the security of our property, we might kindly ask you to provide a copy of your valid ID after your reservation has been confirmed. This step helps us to maintain a secure and trusted environment for everyone.
**The building follows a regular schedule of water shutdown every 2nd Tuesday of the month to give way for some minor repair and maintenance of the entire building`s water system. The said activity happens between 11am-3pm.
**We would like to kindly inform you that this building conducts routine pest control services every 2nd Tuesday of the month to uphold their commitment to a pest-free environment. During these visits, a uniformed pest control technician, accompanied by one of the housekeeping employees, will visit each unit. Your cooperation and awareness of this scheduled pest control visit are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable living environment for everyone.
****Cancellation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in the event of unexpected changes or emergencies.
If you want to cancel this booking, please note that we follow a strict cancellation policy. Also, we are unable to fulfill requests to shorten trip duration. Nevertheless, we are open and willing to accommodate any additional days or extensions you may require. Thank you for your understanding.
