Our charming studio in Waikiki is a breezy unit in Hawaiian Monarch building, with City/Ocean view, small refrigerator, microwave, AC and Wifi; ideal for 1 or 2 guests. About 10 min walking distance from the beach, and all happenings. Across the bridge to Convention Center and 15 min walk to Ala Moana mall. Bus line is across the street
Fully renovated in Dec, 2023. Professionally cleaned after each guest. Security in lobby. Includes

Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.

-Rooftop pool, sun deck, and BBQ area
-Guest paid parking available on site for a fee
-Hotel fitness facility access for a one-time fee of $5 per stay
