Lounge bag drop off only is $10 a bag
Lounge is $35 to hang out, drop bags of, have coffee, play pool, work, use of unlimited WIFI, watch TVs throughout and more
Lounge is $60 for all above with chef made food
Effective 1/1/2024 a $1000 incidental/ noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violation occurred.
- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals.
