Developed originally in 1911 and the main house built in 1920, this estate oozes charm and history. 100 ft of waterfront with vintage bulkhead, original boat house, dock and cabana with a myriad of indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out and never have to leave. Kayak your heart out while taking spectacular photos of Mount Rainer, swim, fish, paddle or boat (not included) or just sit back and watch the ever changing sky and lakescapes.
