Every stay includes a built-in nightly rate discount to help offset parking costs. Valet parking costs $32 for 24hours subject to change during holidays and event dates.



Guest Access:

The concierge desk is available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM only. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate arrangements with the building team.



Important: Updated Building Policy effective **September 12, 2026** These requirements are set by the building and must be followed for access to the property.



• All staying guests 18 years old and older must provide a valid, government-issued ID after the reservation is confirmed and again upon check-in.

• Visitors are not allowed unless approved by the building. If you have a visitor during your stay, you must notify the building desk/concierge upon check-in.

• All overnight guests must be included on the reservation and complete the required verification.



Important: Key Fob Policy

The building strictly provides one key fob per unit. Additional key fobs cannot be requested or purchased. If guests have different schedules, the key fob can be left at the front desk (open until midnight) for another registered guest to pick up.



Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you on the day of arrival. This message will include entry details, access codes, parking and everything you need for a smooth check-in. Please ensure your Airbnb app notifications are enabled so you don’t miss this information.



The Neighborhood:

The building address — Vine Street — is a central thoroughfare in Cincinnati that intersects the downtown core and also connects toward historic/nearby neighbourhoods like Over-the-Rhine (OTR).



Getting Around:

The neighborhood around Parisian on Vine is one of the most walkable areas in Cincinnati. Daily errands, dining, entertainment, and major attractions are all accessible on foot, making it easy to explore without a car. Vine Street places you directly in the downtown core, with wide sidewalks, pedestrian-friendly streets, and well-lit routes day and night. Whether you’re heading to a game, grabbing coffee, or enjoying an evening out, everything is just steps away.

Parking Options:

• Underground paid parking is available in the building. To arrange valet parking, please contact us.

• A nearby paid lot is also available at 321 Race St. - Citadel Garage. Lot, just a 2-minute walk from the building. You can check availability on SpotHero app.

• Bengals Preseason & Regular Season Games (August–December 2026): Parking is available at a flat rate of $50 per day.



As per building policy, ALL guests over the age of 18 must provide a government issued ID upon booking.

The guest completing the booking must complete a background check through our secure 3rd party screening system.



• No pets (building policy) Unauthorized pets will be subject to a $300 dollar clean fee.

• Building includes security cameras & noise monitoring

• No Smoking. Subject to $500 fee



Building amenities may be temporarily unavailable or closed without prior notice due to maintenance, unforeseen incidents, or management decisions to ensure the health and safety of all residents. While we understand these situations can be inconvenient, they are often beyond our control.



**Starter supplies included. Guests are responsible for restocking consumables after the initial supply.**



**Towel Setup:**

• Each guest is provided with 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth.

• Additional bath towels are available upon request.

• For longer stays, extra towel sets may be provided depending on availability.
