Centrally located 4-room apartment 100m from the beach

This spacious, family-friendly apartment is located on the western promenade, in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by Wilhelminian-style townhouses. It’s just 100 meters to the wide beach. The main promenade, with its restaurants and bars, is about 350 meters away, and the nearest shopping area is 150 meters away. Everything is therefore within easy walking distance.

The 75-square-meter apartment features 4 rooms, including two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and a children’s room with up to 4 full-size sleeping spaces (a total of 8 sleeping spaces for children and adults). In addition, the apartment comes with 2 parking spaces on the property. The apartment is located on the top floor and offers a beautiful view from its two balconies. You can see the Baltic Sea through the dune vegetation, but to be honest, it can’t really be described as an unobstructed ocean view.

Misdroy is located in Western Pomerania, on the northern side of the island of Wollin, directly on the Pomeranian Bay, which is part of the Baltic Sea. Szczecin to the south is about 60 km away, and Berlin to the southwest is about 230 km away. To the east of the town is a large bison park, which is a wonderful place to go for a walk.

The apartment is perfect for one large family or two smaller families. Children’s toys are provided, along with a rollaway bed in the bedroom and a high chair for the large dining table.
For adults, there are two simple bicycles in the basement that are available for use.

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the exterior painting scheduled for this spring could not take place. One of the photos shows the condition of the house. This does not affect the apartment itself and should not impact your vacation in any way.
