Cosy two-level holiday home with open-plan living space
This compact and welcoming holiday home offers approximately 40 m² of living space across two levels. With one bedroom, one bathroom and accommodation for up to four guests, it provides a practical and comfortable setting for families or small groups seeking a relaxed self-catering stay.Entrance hall: The ground floor opens into a small entrance hall, offering a practical place to arrive and leave outdoor items before heading upstairs.Living and dining area: The upper floor features a bright, open-plan living space with a comfortable sofa corner and a dining area. The practical layout creates a pleasant setting for shared meals, quiet evenings and relaxing together after a day outdoors.Kitchenette: The well-equipped kitchenette includes a sink, hot-water boiler, refrigerator, four-ring hob, coffee machine and toaster. Cookware, crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses are also provided, allowing guests to prepare and serve meals with ease.Bedroom: The separate bedroom is accessible directly from the living area and is furnished with two bunk beds, providing four individual sleeping places. Two wardrobes offer convenient storage for clothing and personal belongings.Bathroom: The bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.Upper-floor access: A staircase connects the entrance level with the open-plan living floor and bedroom.
Each sleeping place is fitted with a spring mattress measuring 90 × 200 cm, a pillow measuring 80 × 80 cm and a duvet measuring 135 × 200 cm, helping ensure a comfortable night’s rest.

Families will enjoy a visit to Fort Fun Abenteuerland amusement park with over 40 attractions (just 7 minutes away), or the Lagunen-Erlebnisbad in Willingen (33 km), which promises fun for all ages with features like whirlpools and a wild water pool.

Arrival and DepartureYou can arrive between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., or at a time arranged in advance.On departure day, please leave the house tidy and swept clean by 10 a.m., or as arranged.For weekend bookings, you're welcome to stay in the house until 4 p.m. on Sundays.Final CleaningFinal cleaning is included in your rental price. The remaining rent is due upon arrival.You can choose from holiday homes accommodating up to 4, 6, or 8 people.
