This cozy ground-floor apartment, measuring 20 square meters, can accommodate 1–2 people. It features a well-equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, sink, microwave, and refrigerator. A coffee and tea maker, as well as a coffee machine, are also provided. There is a combined living and dining area with a dining table and two chairs. The double bed can be converted into two single beds. Bedding and towels are provided. The apartment also features a TV and internet TV. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. The large glass door leads out to the balcony, which faces the garden, gets morning sun, and has seating.
