Modern, centrally and quietly located vacation apartment by the sea in Büsum

Our two-room vacation apartment, “Strandkorb,” was renovated and refurnished in the spring of 2024 and is located in a very central yet quiet area. It’s across from the spa park, 250 meters from the sea. It’s situated halfway between the Perlebucht family lagoon and the town center. If you’re looking for a modern vacation apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and convenient access to everything, you’ll be happy here. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by elevator.

It’s particularly well-suited for two travelers who prefer a large double bed or who want to sleep in separate rooms. If a central location is more important to you than plenty of space, you can book the 2-room apartment—with its approximately 50 square meters—for up to 5 people.

It’s a 10-minute walk to the Perlebucht Family Lagoon. Enjoy the uniquely beautiful sunsets over the Wadden Sea during an evening stroll or while sipping a cocktail at the 360Grad Bar.

Free parking spaces and a shed for storing your bikes are available on the property. The nearest bike rental shop is 500 meters away. Across the street, you’ll find an EDEKA supermarket and a bakery for your morning rolls.

The apartment has been freshly renovated and features new designer flooring. The rooms have been refurnished with modern furniture.

The kitchen is perfect for self-catering and equipped with everything your heart desires: two hot plates, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a 3*** freezer compartment, two different coffee makers, a kettle, a toaster, a hand mixer, and an immersion blender. There is enough tableware, glassware, pans, pots, and silverware for more than 5 people. You can extend the dining table to 180 cm.

There is a double bed with two 90x200 cm mattresses, as well as a comfortable sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface of 60x200 cm or 145x200 cm when extended. For a fifth guest, there is also a comfortable fold-out mattress.
The two spacious wardrobes provide plenty of room for your personal belongings. You can optionally book bed linens and towels. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made for you—so your vacation can begin right away.

There is a small desk in the bedroom. You can move the wall-mounted TV and connect it to your laptop via an HDMI cable (please bring your own if needed). The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. The TV in the living room can also be connected to a laptop via an HDMI cable.

On the long, sheltered south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun almost year-round. It can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living room. A table, three lounge chairs, and umbrellas are provided. You can easily bring additional chairs from inside the apartment.

The two large windows in the bedroom and living room are equipped with electric roller shades, so the apartment stays cool even in summer despite its south-facing location.

Büsum offers its guests of all ages a comprehensive, varied, and exciting program of events year-round. Mudflat tours are offered several times a day. The spa administration provides excellent childcare. Various boat tours depart from Büsum, including trips to the seal colony and Heligoland.

This vacation rental can be perfectly combined with our 3-bedroom maisonette apartment for up to 5 people in the same building if, for example, you’d like to vacation with multiple generations, families, or friends.
