This home was designed from the ground up for one purpose: bringing large groups together without anyone feeling cramped, overlooked, or on top of each other. We tested it on our own multigenerational family first — cousin camps, extended family dinners, slumber celebrations — and now we're sharing it with yours.

We had a very large group and had a wonderful stay. The host is very considerate and really just wants to help families have a place gather together and make memories!

We had a great time. 4 families with kids, and we had plenty of space. The kids say it was the funnest baseball trip they have been on, and they have been on a lot.

Place was nice and had a lot of things/games but I felt like I had to walk on egg shells as things had to put exactly the right spot or accidentally opening the wrong door or not having all the flying chickens accounted for

Our home was originally built for large family gatherings, and the labeled storage throughout was designed to make navigating an amenity-rich property feel easy and intuitive — not restrictive. The labels in the kids cove specifically were created so even the youngest guests could help clean up independently, not to police adults. We never want guests to feel anything other than completely at home. We've taken your feedback to heart and are always looking for ways to make the experience feel more relaxed and welcoming. The dishes in the cupboard were not clean. All the queen top bunks had no sheets and weight limits of 50 pounds. The oven had a small sign indicating the top oven wasn’t working but the bottom oven also did not work and the back burner on the stove top wouldn’t light. When I contacted the host she said the oven was just “finicky” no offer to fix it. We had to cook things at 100 degrees higher than suggested and twice as long. The neighbors teens harassed our kids when they were out on the bike, chasing them back to the property in a truck yelling obscenities. The lady next door watched out the window all day and called the cops cause our bumper was past the small laminated sign that said something we couldn’t read cause it was ruined in the rain. The AC reset itself at night to 77 so we would wake up sweating. If I wasn’t expecting to use all the beds or the oven I would have said it was a nice place but both of those are vital to a good stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take every stay seriously and want to address these points directly. All of our top bunks are outfitted with sheets and are rated for adult use — there is no 50 lb weight limit on any of our beds. We also stock over 40 dinnerware sets; if some were found put away before being washed, that's likely a case of items being missed during a busy turnover, and we appreciate you flagging it so we can double-check our cleaning process. Regarding the oven: the buttons can be sensitive to a light touch, but the oven itself is fully functional — we used it ourselves for a family gathering shortly before this stay. That said, we've ordered a replacement part for the display and are addressing it proactively. The bottom oven and stovetop were both operational throughout your stay. We were not made aware of any issue with the AC, dishes, or neighbor concerns during your stay — our handyman was actually on-site twice during this period assisting with other items, and we would have gladly fixed the AC reset issue on the spot if we'd known. We're actively looking into the report about the neighbors, as this is the first we're hearing of it. We're glad the space worked well for your group of 25 , and that the kids enjoyed the surrey! We take guest comfort seriously and always want the chance to fix things in real time — please don't hesitate to reach out directly during a stay so we can resolve issues right away.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property for our family gathering! The house was exactly what we needed — spacious, comfortable, and somehow still big enough for everyone to spread out without hearing every single family discussion from across the house. That alone deserves 5 stars.The layout worked perfectly for our group, with plenty of room to relax, visit, and enjoy time together. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming.I can't say enough good about our host. She is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Any questions we had were answered quickly, although thankfully we didn’t need much because everything was so well prepared.  The labeled areas for where things needed to go helped with the kids taking care of their things so we didn't have to focus as much on keeping track of the kids and we could relax and spend time together. We hope we can stay longer next time. This would be a great property for about any gathering - from family reunion, to bridal party, to team retreat for a business. I could totally see myself renting this for a catered company dinner in the future! Overall, this amazing venue helped make our family trip memorable for all the right reasons. We’d absolutely stay here again — assuming we can coordinate everyone’s schedules and survive another group text chain.

This place was wonderfully large! It had the space we needed for our big family. The whole place was clean and comfortable. There were lots of games, and toys, and things to do at the house. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, pans and utensils. It was very convenient to have a clean washer and dryer available. The backyard was fully fenced so it was great for our young kids and small dogs. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood several times.If I were to add anything to the place, I would have liked an ironing board for the iron, as well as, more kitchen towels, hand towels, and washclothes since our stay was for several days. We were grateful for the additional white bath towels from the hall closet, but they were awkward to use in the kitchen or for hand towels. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay here again if we come back to the area.

A very clean and well organized home, and perfect setting for our small one-day get together. Very easy, quiet home to enjoy. It's wild to see so many beds in one house, could have housed a whole scouting troop.

We love active experiences with our loved ones. We create homes where respectful large gatherings can become both comfortable, convenient, fun, and most importantly memorable. We LOVE to unite our family and even friends from all over the world. Our homes are built and used regularly for our family and friends, and we share them with you.

Neighborhood is clean, and safe. We bought this home to bring our own family together. Siblings each have a master bedroom, kids share a bunk room, and cousins fill the yard with games like pickleball and cornhole while boating at the lake just 10 minutes away. Meals are meant to be shared, laughter spills outside, and the layout gives everyone space to relax while still being together. From our family to yours, we are grateful to share this space so more families have the chance to create memories that last a lifetime. This home was built to nurture connection, play, and the simple joy of being together—just as it does for our family.

What makes this home stand out is how intentionally it was designed for people to be together and how well it flows for large groups and multiple uses. This home is a new build with high end finishes and we are adding to it all the time.

With 8 bedrooms including 2 king master suites, + 2 more queen only rooms + 6 more queen beds, a kids cove with 8+ beds, 4 bathrooms + 2 powder rooms, over 20 beds, dining hall/ multi purpose room, multiple game rooms, 5 gathering zones and many amenities and add-ons that transform your stay into a memorable experience and lifetime memories. The home supports real connection with room and tools for family meals together and also space for privacy. The new kids cove has bunk beds with game rooms, club houses, toys, and more entertainment, and games for all ages. The Amenities include Pickle ball court (in the neighborhood), Surrey bike, croquet, king of the hill, stair slide, corn hole, axe throwing, basketball, fort building kits, team games, skee-ball, life size games, board games, card games, extra tables and chairs for outdoor dining. One unique highlight is the kid friendly flex space in the insulated garage newly painted. Its another game/ activity room or easy to clean dining hall for large groups.

With nearby boating, national parks, and a beautiful city you will enjoy your stay. Guests say the home "is full of beautiful finishes, and holds large groups well", It's tested first by our own family and then shared with yours. We are constantly adding new activities and so this is not complete list.

We offer optional nightly rentals like bounce houses, grills, lake toys, canoes, projectors , popcorn machines, 20' movie screens, and life size balloon snow globes. We also offer affordable limo rides, massages and decoration packages for unforgettable experiences. 9 square, hot tub, built in bunks coming next!!
