* 50% refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in
* No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in

* 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: 25% of the daily rate
* 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: 50% of the daily rate
* After 6:00 PM: Full daily rate applies
