-Main booker must be at least 25 years old No parties or events

-Zero tolerance policy No outside visitors, only registered guests may enter property

- No loud music, 10pm is quiet time

-No smoking, vaping or use of tobacco or cannabis products anywhere in the property, including both indoor and outdoor areas. Due to the close proximity of neighboring homes, this policy helps prevent smoke-related disturbances and ensures a clean and comfortable environment for guests and neighbors alike. ($500 fine)
