By car, Brickell City Centre is only 10 minutes away, the Design District and South Beach are about 15-20 minutes, and Miami International Airport is around a 15-minute drive

Completed with 24/7 concierge, security, and controlled access.

Equipped with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and essential cookware.
★ PARKING:
Nearby parking garage or street parking.
★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Front desk package holding available, with no mailbox key access.

Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.
★ PET POLICY:
Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Advance notice of the number and weight of pets is required. Subject to meeting pet requirements.
