IN-HOUSE POLICIES

We insist upon all visitors strictly adhering to our house policies in order to ensure the quality of the lodging experience:

NO SMOKING
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit or the balcony.

NO PETS
• Pets are not allowed under any circumstances due to allergies of the owner. Not adhering to this rule leads to immediate evacuation without a refund.

Violations of these policies will result in immediate eviction, door code alterations, and revoked access. Personal belongings left behind can only be retrieved accompanied by a Sheriff`s escort in accordance with building security and local regulations.

PARKING REGULATIONS

Please note, parking at Seychelles is restricted and under surveillance.

During peak season, only one vehicle per unit is allowed:
• May 1 – July 27
• August 27 – September 3
• October — up till Sunday of Schooner`s LobsterFest
• Additional dates might apply due to needed garage repairs.

Spaces for any additional vehicles are available off-site.

DO NOT LEAVE A/C ON WITH DOORS OR WINDOWS OPEN. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REPAIRS. THIS TEARS UP THE A/C UNIT. PLEASE JUST TURN THE A/C OFF IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE THE BALCONY DOOR OPEN.

THE BOOKING GUEST HAS TO STAY AT THE PROPERTY. THE GUEST HAS TO BE 25 YEARS OLD. At anytime a Zenvibez team member can check all guest ID and Will evict if no one is at least 25. (NO SPRING BREAKERS.)

ZenVibez and the property owner are NOT liable for any injuries at or around the pool

Keep doors closed (Florida bugs love open doors!)

🧺 Linens & Towels
Do not take towels or linens off the property
Stained or missing linens may be charged

🍽️ Kitchen
No frying fish/seafood indoors
Run dishwasher before checking out
Do not leave food or trash out overnight

🗑️ Trash
All trash must be placed in outside bins
Extra trash left behind = additional cleaning fee
