En rummelig og velindrettet luksus 5 soveværelser / 4. 5 badeværelseshus i Edgewater Park - et lukket samfund ved siden af Rehoboth-Lewes kanalen - kun 20 minutters gang til stranden og strandpromenaden, 5 minutters gang til Rehoboth Avenue og de fantastiske restauranter og butikker i Rehoboth og en 5 minutters kørsel til salgssteder og skattefri shopping fra Delaware. Et fantastisk sted at gå, cykle, shoppe og spise. Perfekt til en behagelig samling af din familie og venner.

Friskrensede tæpper til 2019! Nyd den private fælles swimmingpool skridt væk. Rehoboth-Lewes-cykelstien ligger også i nærheden.

Dette er en 4-etagers byhus med 3 master suiter:
-Første sal: garage og indgang med en master soveværelse suite (nyt for 2019 - dronning madras), vedhæftet badekar og glasskydedøre til gårdhaven. Vaskemaskine / tørretumbler er også på første sal.

-Anderste etage: åbent stort køkken og familieværelse adskilt af en morgenmadsbar. Meget veludstyret og udstyret køkken til alle dine behov for gourmet madlavning. Gasgrill på dækket uden for køkkenet. Nye køkkenstole til 2019.

-Tredde Etage: tre soveværelser - et badeværelse (nyt for 2019 - queensize-seng) med eget badeværelse og dæk; det andet soveværelse har 2 tvillinger; og den tredje har en queensize-seng. Fuldt badeværelse.

-Fourth Floor: storslået soveværelse (kingsize-seng) med TV, eget dæk og et stort luksuriøst badeværelse med dobbelt håndvask, et stort badekar og separat bruser.

WiFi internetadgang og kabel-tv. Bøger, film og spil leveres. Et par strandstole og strandlegetøj til rådighed.

Sengetøj og håndklæder leveres ikke, men efter anmodning kan vi give oplysninger om leje af dem.

Great property. Clean, organized, and comfortable. Great location. Close proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Appreciated the amenities, including an awesome community pool. Responsive host always ready to be helpful.

Good location and within walking distance to many good restaurants. Unit was clean and worked great for our family. Pool was refreshing and not crowded at all. Would stay here again should the opportunity arise. Jack (owner) was very responsive to any inquiry.

End of summer review

Comfortable enough. A little worse for wear. I suspect that it was suffering from a lot of use earlier in the summer. AC, hot water, laundry, and internet worked really well. Kitchen is only well stocked if you want to make corn and pasta. If you want to bake, bring your own equipment and drop oven temp about 30 degrees.

Best rental in over 15 years of renting!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. We have been going to many beach towns over the last fifteen years and have finally settled on Rehoboth Beach. We tried a few places the last couple of years but this Beach Rental fit our family perfectly. We had a smaller group than originally planned but the room was there to accommodate everyone if they had come. Everything was spotless. The most comfortable beds we ever had in a rental..what a pleasure. The kitchen had everything that you could want. The grandchildren loved the large pool. The location was perfect, right next to a park with a great playground and a manageable walk to town. We hope to return next year. You will not be disappointed if you choose to rent this wonderful place.

Wonderful Home

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children under the age of 10 loved our stay at this well-kept, exceptionally clean, and fully supplied home. The beautiful kitchen and family room were perfect for the family to gather for meals, games, and watching television. The location was ideal for the children to play in the nearby park and restaurants are well within walking distance. The pool is an added bonus. Above all, communication from and with the hosts was superb. Highly recommend this property.

Great home and great owners!

We stay in rehoboth every summer and stay in edgewater park 95% of the time. We thought this house was at the top of our love list. The kitchen was well stocked with quality items to cook with. Decor was simple and tidy. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful with providing info. We would stay here again!

Family beach time

The place was perfect for us! My husband is from Milton, and many relatives from his huge family are still in the area. We try to visit every summer and this year we were with our two grown children and their significant others, as well as my sister and brother-in-law. All in all, a great time and the perfect place for us to hang out and call home for the week. Thank you!

Great Beachhouse

Our family loved this house. Spacious rooms and very well appointed kitchen. They have thought of everything for a relaxed enjoyable vacation. Our family didn’t feel cramped - everyone had. Great time. The pool was so conveniently close.

Midsummer in Rehoboth

Our party of six very much enjoyed staying here. The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. Our children enjoyed the community pool. The location is close enough to make walking and certainly biking throughout Rehoboth Beach practical, much better than having to drive into town and find a place to park.

Family Vacation

Every year we have the pleasure of having a family vacation which spans 4 generations. We have been fortunate to always find a great place to stay and this was no exception. There was plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need and the location was great. Also the owner was great to deal with and responded quickly to any question you might have had. We would stay here again

Great Stay

The location is perfect. Close to Henlopen Park, junction/breakwater trail, and Outlets. Walking distance to town and beach. Owner was very helpful with information and what to do. He always returns texts right away. The house itself was large and well stocked. Nicely down and made you feel at home. I would definitely recommend this property

Great location. Stayed at several units in the same development and by and far this had the most amenities available. Very clean, extremely easy check in process.

This house was perfect for allowing everyone to enjoy themselves and be able to find a quiet space to unwind The walk may be intimidating to some but it was not bad and it was great to work off all the great food and drink nearby

A beautiful welcoming unit with lots of extras!

We had a wonderful week in this lovely 5 bedroom and 41/2 bath unit. It is very well cared for and has all the extra amenities that we needed. The kitchen is so well stocked with dishes, glasses, and utensils. We didn't lack anything. The location was great even though the walk in to the beach and boardwalk was a little challenging.

Beautiful, Very Spacious Home

This home went above and beyond our expectations. Not only was it very spacious, but it was absolutely beautiful. The pictures really do not do the home justice. When we arrived, the home was clean and everything was well kept. It was very easy to get settled in. The home had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. We had 8 adults and 2 children with us and we never felt like there wasn't enough space and the location to everything was perfect. My husband and I rented a beach wagon and walked to and from the beach with our 2 children every day. It was perfect! After a morning at the beach, we enjoyed some time at the pool as well. Getting to the board walk or to any of the restaurants was also easy. Sometimes it was challenge to find a place to park, if we chose to drive but we always managed to find something. We ate at a few restaurants and never had a bad meal. The area is also very family friendly, which is so nice when you are traveling with young children. The owner of this home was great and very easy to work with. We had a small problem when we arrived at the home, but after calling the owner everything was taken care of in a very short period of time. We hope to stay at this house again next year and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Annual Rehoboth family vacation

We were all very plesantly surprised when we arrived at our home for the week! The pictures do not do justice to what the house looks like and we thought that it looked great on line! We have been renting a condo in Rehoboth for our family vacation for over twenty years and this was the nicest place that we have stayed. The community is very family friendly and close to the ocean and boardwalk. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook for twelve people, the bedrooms were very well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We loved how the livingroom was set up and even had a large screen TV! HA! We want to thank Mr. Kenney for being so prompt with answering our questions and addressing any concerns that we had immediately. With any luck this will continue to be our home away from home for our family vacations in the future. We all really loved it!

Incredible house, great location!

We were in awe most of the week at how luxurious our rental was. The decor was perfect, not over bearing. The master suite on he top floor was huge and beautiful. We had two families with many kids under 10. The walk in closets fit pack and plays great and the walls protect both our neighbors and us from noise into the other units. We had a rough night of sleep with our baby the first night and I was nervous if we we bothering our neighbors but they said they couldn't hear a thing. The owners thought of everything. The house is furnished with many extras from bikes to boogie boards and even an extra stroller! The kitchen was no different every time we thought we would need something that we forgot, it was in the pantry. The neighborhood was very friendly and had a great mix of other families with small kids and older groups without. Everyone seemed to want to hang out or be friendly at the least. We booked this unit the day before we checked in, Jack was very flexible about helping us get the key and get settled in and booked quickly. We look forward to many more trips with our families here.

Perfect family vacation home

The pictures on the website does not do them justice, it looks more beautiful and spacious in person! It was our annual family vacation and it was perfect for all ages even small children. We enjoyed the amenities and we were close to the beach and shopping outlets. We highly recommend this beautiful home. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with any concerns. Thank you for a vacation to remember!

This place has spoiled me

You will be spoiled after staying here. No other rental place has as much as this place does. The owners may be new to this rental, but they have put a lot of thought into what you would need to make you stay enjoyable. Cooking is a breeze, because the house has every possible kitchen tool and appliance you might need. Including the dishwasher to make short work of the clean-up. If eating out is more your thing, the owners have a binder with nearly every area restaurant's menu. There is an extra table in the garage if the kitchen table and isn't big enough for your group. Extra keys for groups that are always going in different directions. A parking pass that won't get you close to the beach at 11AM, but helps keep a lot of quarters in your pocket in the evenings. A pool pass for those that like to cool off, but don't like sand where it doesn't belong. Location is the best part. You are in a private gated community. A short bike ride or a one mile walk to the beach. Driving was made much nicer two years ago with the addition of a traffic light onto Rehoboth Avenue. The outlets are just a Right, Right, Left and Right with no Route 1 traffic! I do recommend that if the stair climber is your arch-enemy, you don't fall in love with the oversized master suite on the fourth floor. It is beautiful, but it can be a work out getting there. The ground floor master suite is just as nice.
