Biddeford Pool is wonderfully quaint and timeless, known for its quiet lanes, working harbor, and unspoiled beaches. It’s the kind of place where mornings begin with salty air and evening walks end with glowing sunsets—yet you’re only about 15 minutes from Kennebunkport’s boutiques and dining scene and roughly 30 minutes from Portland’s vibrant food, arts, and waterfront culture.

The home itself exudes classic coastal charm, from its traditional shake exterior to its light-filled, spacious interior. Outside, a lush, manicured garden, private firepit, and expansive ground-level deck create an ideal setting for warm summer evenings. Grill fresh seafood on the private gas grill, dine alfresco in the ocean breeze, or simply unwind under the stars.

Inside, you’ll find every comfort for gathering and relaxing, with many guests raving ‘this is the best-stocked rental we’ve ever seen.’ The extremely well-equipped. The gourmet kitchen pairs beautifully with a generous dining area—perfect for holiday meals or casual family dinners. The finished basement doubles as a fun-filled game room, complete with ping-pong, foosball, plenty of lounge space, and even a swing—sure to delight guests of all ages. Bikes, kayaks, boogie boards, beach chairs, and many outdoor & indoor games offer lots of opportunity for fun with friends and family. Cozy movie nights await in the back familyroom with high-speed WiFi, a 75” 4K TV, sleeper sofa, and ensuite bathroom.

Please note, the home has four traditional bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with king beds and one BR with two twin beds one of which has a twin-size trundle underneath. The 2nd floor Bonus Room (with locking door) can serve as a fifth bedroom. It has a queen- size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, blackout shades for all windows, and its own en suite bathroom. Please let the management team know if you’d like the sofa bed made up for your stay.
