On the third floor, a spacious 3-room vacation apartment with a sun terrace awaits you. The large living and dining area has everything you could ask for. A fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island offers all the comforts of home. A microwave, oven, range hood, and a central dining table that seats up to 6 people create a fully functional cooking and dining area. The cozy sitting area invites you to relax. The fireplace creates a pleasant atmosphere during the colder months. The highlight of the apartment is its private sauna, which you can use free of charge.
The apartment has two bedrooms; the master bedroom features direct access to the sun terrace and a second TV. The smaller bedroom, ideal for two children, is accessible only from the master bedroom. A large, modern bathroom with double sinks, a rain shower, and a bathtub rounds out the amenities. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. Another special feature of this apartment is the large rooftop terrace, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. Here you can enjoy the view or wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine. The windows can be darkened with electric exterior blinds. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the building’s basement (use for a fee).

Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and you can park your car right next to the building. You can store your bikes in the lockable bike storage room.

This apartment can be rented together with the “Penthouse West” apartment, offering space for 6 people across 133 square meters. To do this, a connecting door between the apartments—which is otherwise locked—is opened. The entire apartment then features two large rooftop terraces, three bedrooms, two large bathrooms, a sauna, and a fireplace. The high chair already provided in the apartment, as well as the travel crib (including a mattress but without linens), make this particularly family-friendly.

**There is a construction site across the street. Construction activity is currently low-key and, due to the distance from the vacation rental, is barely noticeable.
