Parking is available parallel to the roadside. Step inside and you'll be welcomed by a cozy living space featuring comfortable seating and a dining table, all surrounded by wall-to-wall windows that invite the outdoors in. Just beyond the living area, the open kitchen offers generous island countertop space with seating for five—perfect for casual meals and conversation. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy peaceful lake views peeking through the trees. A full dining set under the awning provides a wonderful space for meals with your entire group.

Back inside, completing the main level is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, along with a full bathroom featuring a step-in shower.

Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, one offering tranquil, tree-lined views and the other showcasing stunning views of Keuka Lake.

The lower level includes a pull-out sleeper sofa and a decorative fireplace, offering extra space to relax or accommodate additional guests.

Outside, a stone paver patio sits just before the stairs leading down to the lake. Gather around a small campfire, roast marshmallows, and unwind with a glass of your new favorite Finger Lakes wine. The stairway leads to approximately 80 feet of shale breakwall waterfront. Kayaks are available for guests to paddle along the shoreline and soak up the sun, and a seasonal dock is provided for docking one boat.
