Featuring Queen-over-Queen bunk bed with XL twin trundle (sleeps 5 total) and a 32" Smart TV. Baby monitors, blankets and pack & play sleeper can be found in the large walk-in closet. Every inch has been designed with intention — from the feng shui flow and coastal palette to the thoughtful amenities that make vacation living effortless. Your very own private, quiet, safe, luxury retreat in the heart of Delray Beach. We use non-toxic, scent free, organic cleaners for bedding and home. We supply non-toxic cookware and glass storage containers. All soaps and toiletries are provided and are organic and non-toxic. The air is cleaned and purified with Jaspr air scrubber. No synthetic scents. You’ll feel grounded, refreshed, healthy, cared-for and inspired the moment you walk in.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, private backyard oasis and optional on-site electric bike access available for an additional fee..

Other things to note

Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a quiet, family-friendly cul-de-sac just minutes from the beach and downtown Delray. Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping outdoor noise low, especially after 10:00 PM.

Parking:
The private driveway accommodates two vehicles. Street parking is available.

Optional Electric Bike Access: We offer on-site electric bikes available for an optional flat access fee per stay. Bike details, pricing, and safety guidelines are provided in the home, where guests can scan a QR code to review information, sign the waiver, and request access. Access is granted once payment is approved through the booking platform.

Cleaning:
The home is professionally cleaned, sanitized and fully stocked before each stay with organic non-toxic products only. 28+ day stays require a mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee.

Beach Gear:
We provide beach chairs, beach cooler, beach bag, towels, and blanket for guest use. Please return all items clean and stored where you found them.

Check-In:
You’ll receive a custom smart lock code prior to arrival for contactless self check-in.

Safety Features:
The home includes smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers on each floor, and a posted emergency plan for your peace of mind.

Security:
For guest safety and property protection, exterior cameras are located at the front entry and driveway area.

Events and Parties:
To maintain the calm atmosphere of our neighborhood, parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Only guests listed on the booking are allowed at the property.

Pets:
No pets allowed. Service animals must abide by service animal rules and can NEVER be left unattended in the home. Allergy-friendly: professionally cleaned with organic, fragrance-free products after every stay.
