Our home is specifically designed for connection. With a layout that balances privacy and gathering, you’ll find: Reverse floor plan living. Kitchen, Patio Deck, Great Room/Bar & Master Suite along with 1/2 bath on 2nd floor.

The Master Sanctuary: A sprawling suite featuring a private deck (not accessible in winter) Designated work space, large walk in closet. Bathroom has large shower and large jetted tub - the ultimate way to soothe muscles after a day of hiking or skiing.

Chef’s Kitchen & Dining: Newly remodeled luxury Chefs kitchen, fully equipped for big family breakfasts before hitting the trails.

The Great Room: Flooded with natural light and furnished with plush seating for movie nights. Expandable game table for puzzles or board game marathons. Cocktail bar & Cabinet with mini drink frig.

Outdoor Living: Top deck overlooking side yard big enough for any outdoor activity. Patio has table, 2 large umbrellas and ample seating. You can watch the action from the comfort of the shade. BBQ pulls out from garage next to patio deck stairs, no need to go through house.

Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful neighborhood; no parties or loud gatherings, please.

Climate: Like most authentic Tahoe homes, there is no AC. The mountain breeze and ceiling fans keep things cool!

No Pets: This is a pet-free property.
