Main-floor bedroom (just off the kitchen): A calm, convenient queen-size bed complete with dresser and closet—perfect for parents, grandparents, or anyone who appreciates easy single-level access and proximity to the action.
Upstairs Bedroom 1: A versatile mix with a space-saving bunk (full-size on the bottom, twin on top) plus a separate queen-size bed—ideal for a blend of adults and kids who want to share comfortably without feeling cramped.
Upstairs Bedroom 2: Built for maximum fun and capacity, featuring two sets of bunks—one twin-over-twin and one queen-on-bottom with twin-on-top—classic bunk vibes that kids, teens, or friends adore for sleepovers and late-night giggles.
