Holiday Apartment 'Alpenrose' near the Old Town with Balcony and Garden

Located on the edge of the old town and just a few minutes' walk from the harbor, the 70 m² holiday apartment "Alpenrose" is on the top floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa.



The inviting apartment features a living room with two sofa beds for two people each and a single bed, a well-equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is ideal for up to 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 if needed.



Amenities include cable TV and Wi-Fi on request.



The washing machine is available only for longer stays and by arrangement.



A shared balcony offers a lovely view of the garden. The fenced garden and outdoor area, planted with many flowers, are open to all house guests.



Pets are welcome and may stay free of charge.



A private property with several parking spaces is just a few meters from the accommodation. You will receive a parking card from the host, and one parking space is reserved for you. A second parking space may be available on request, subject to availability. Parking for loading and unloading is directly in front of the house. There is a separate storage room for bicycles in the basement.



Parking, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the booking price.
