Experience a cozy and upscale stay at Grandview Farmhouse, a beautifully styled home designed for comfort and connection. The bright, open-concept living space and modern farmhouse decor create a welcoming heart of the home, ideal for game-day weekends, campus events, or visiting family.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms that sleep 6 guests:
•Master Suite: A spacious room with a King bed, a dedicated workspace, and a large en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, tub, shower, and walk-in closet.
•Second Bedroom: A lovely room with a comfortable Queen bed.
•Third Bedroom: A charming room with two twin beds.
•The Queen and twin bedrooms share a large, conveniently located bathroom.

Step outside to your private backyard retreat with fantastic amenities:
•Gather around the wood-burning fire pit under the stars.
•Enjoy the convenience of the gas fire pit on the covered patio.
•Fire up the grill for a barbecue.
•Play a game of corn-hole.
•Relax in a rocking chair on the welcoming front porch.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring a comfortable and personal stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the private backyard.


•Private Entrance: Enjoy seamless self check-in with unique key codes provided for the front and back doors for secure and easy access.
•Parking: Convenient and free parking is available in the driveway and side street.

We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their stay. You`ll have the entire home to yourselves with a seamless self check-in process. While we are not on the property, we are always just a message or phone call away should you need any assistance or have questions during your visit.

Security: For your safety and the security of the property, please note there are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the home. These cameras monitor the exterior only and there are no cameras inside the home.

2. No events or parties without approval.
3. No loud noise past 10pm
4. No open flames or candles in the house.
Please take of shoes inside if all possible so we keep rugs and hardwood clean. Limit food in the bedrooms and use coaster for drinks on wood furniture.
Our Cleaning Fee includes basic cleaning of the house. Any damages to the home will be charged. We provide black makeup towels in the bathroom. Any stains that can`t be washed off will be charged for replacement.

Outside, Don`t leave kids unattended in the backyard.

Pet Rules:
1. $50 pet fee
2. No dogs over 60 lbs (2 max)
3. Dog must be house trained.
4.We ask that you clean up after your dog inside and outside. Dog bags and cleaning supplies are provided in the pantry. (throw trash in the blue can located on side of the garage)
5. Don`t leave dogs outside unattended when not home.
6. If your dog is use to a kennel, please bring yours or your welcome to use the master bathroom or laundry room.
We do provide dog bowl and treats.

Any dog damage to the home will be charged to repair.
