The owners usually live in the house, and the service staff has been working at the property for over 15 years.

A house of this style and size requires constant maintenance. The idea is for our guests to be able to relax and enjoy their stay without any worries. For this reason, housekeeping service and garden/pool maintenance are included and are not optional.

Housekeeping service is provided three times per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (except holidays), and the gardener/pool maintenance service is provided once a week on Thursdays.

Guests do not need to be present at the property for the staff to perform their duties, as they have their own access keys.

Nearby you'll also find the iconic San Isidro Cathedral, the historic Quinta Los Ombúes, Villa Ocampo, parks, top-tier cafés and restaurants, as well as the San Isidro Riverside, ideal for walks and outdoor activities by the river. The house offers a premium experience with a private pool and included cleaning service, ideal for those seeking comfort, privacy, and a high-end stay in one of the best areas of Greater Buenos Aires.

Guests have access to the entire house except for a few reserved areas exclusively for the owners to store their clothing.

Interaction with hosts will be through instant messaging apps or the platform's chat.

You will be staying in a residential, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood, mostly made up of houses and family homes, with no large buildings on the street. The area is frequented more by local residents than tourists or heavy commercial activity.

The property is furnished in a warm and inviting style. When not rented temporarily, it is occupied by its owners. The furniture is of excellent quality.
