Great house! The pool and house were clean with fun themed rooms! The host was available and responsive with all questions. I definitely recommend this house!

The hosts communicated well. The property was nice and very roomy. Plenty of things for everyone to do for the days we didn't visit the big area attractions. We all enjoyed just hanging out around the house with all the entertainment and amenities. We would go back!

Excellent house for a Disney trip!

Our family has stayed at this house multiple times for our Disney trips and it has been fantastic. Plenty of space, excellent gaming room and a great pool! Highly recommended for families of any size.

It was Amazing

The Property was very nice the kids loved the game room and the rooms was amazing. The pool outside was very nice and we had movie night out on the pool with our Bbq.. we will definitely stay again soon. Thank you all so much for your home. We absolutely loved it ❤️

We absolutely loved this place! Highly recommend! If you want to be wowed by the special features of a place to stay then this it. Our kids loved the game room (so many things to do) and pool! The adults loved the hot tub. Easy to get everywhere. There was so much space and having 6 bedrooms was wonderful. Very clean and perfectly maintained. I was impressed with the communication from the host.

Fun for the whole family.

The property was clean and had plenty of entertainment. Had plenty of privacy in the private pool/ hot tub with a tv above the bar and projector over the pool for fun night swimming entertainment. Lots of competition in the themed game room to keep everyone occupied. Our hosts were very friendly and made the whole process easy going from start to finnish. We will definitely be back in the future. Oh and the beds were very comfortable no tossing and turning got a great night sleep every night.

Great stay - room for everyone and super fun pool area!

My family and I, along with my sister and her family, had a great vacation and super positive experience staying at the Southern Isles! Definitely a highlight for all of us was the pool area. Having the screen to watch movies in the pool was such a treat. It was also March madness while we were there so there were several times that we had several basketball games on the big screen and others on the TV above the bar area. Such a fun time! Inside we enjoyed having enough bedrooms for everyone and lots of great space. The kids loved the arcade room too. The owners were super responsive, unhelpful and truly made booking our vacation a breeze. The kids are already asking when we can go back. Thanks for a great time Southern Isles!

Perfect Place for Our Large Group

This house was perfect for our group of 10! We had 10 people ranging in age from grandparents to an infant. We spent a week here for a Disney vacation. Driving to all the parks was easy and super fast; it was a great location. The pool and game room was a hit with the 9, 7, and 3 year old kids. The adults loved all the outdoor seating and cozy pool area. We were really impressed when we were having a small issue with the hot tub and in no time, someone was sent out and the issue was resolved. We used the neighborhood grocery service and it was fabulous. Showing up to the house with all of the groceries picked up and already put away was amazing. Overall, it was a great house!

Absolutely magical stay at The Southern Isles!

We just got back from 18 nights at The Southern Isles in Windsor Hills and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we knew we'd made a great choice. This place is loaded — six bedrooms, and the theming alone makes it worth booking: our kids were thrilled with the Frozen room and the Avengers room, and the Harry Potter-themed teen room was a huge hit too. There's even a life-size Storm Trooper guarding the game room, which got a laugh out of everyone the second we walked in. Speaking of the game room — it's air-conditioned with foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, a basketball game, and Xbox setups for the kids, plus a separate "adult area" with a pool table and a massive 75" TV for the grown-ups to unwind. The pool was the star of the trip. It's private with no rear neighbors, so we had sun basically all day, plus a spa, loungers, a covered lanai with a dining table and TV, a poolside bar, and even a poolside movie theater setup — we watched a movie by the pool one night and it felt like a resort, not a rental. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and there's a proper dining table that seats 8, so the whole group could eat together comfortably. Location is unbeatable — Windsor Hills is a guard-gated community just minutes from Disney, and we also used the community's own water park, lagoon pool, and clubhouse during downtime, which the kids loved just as much as the villa itself. Everything was spotless, beds were comfortable, and communication with the property manager was excellent throughout. We'll absolutely be booking The Southern Isles again for our next Orlando trip!

Exactly what we needed!

We stayed 4 nights with our toddler. The house was clean, welcoming and exactly as described. I felt safe with the door alarm on the sliding door to get out to the pool area. The gate around the pool itself was child proof for my toddler. We liked having the kitchen to cook meals and save money as opposed to previous trips to Disney where we stayed in hotels. We used the pack and play and kitchen booster for our child and the provided baby gates which was nice to have. My son’s favorite room was the game room. He loved the lights, giant storm trooper statue and the air hockey table. The drive to animal kingdom was 12 minutes and very easy to get to and from. We also went to Hollywood studios which was about 20 minutes. The short commute was perfect after a busy Disney day. On our non Disney park day we visited the clubhouse and made a cute craft in the activity center. We also went to one of the playgrounds and took a short walk. The community felt very safe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back.
