Enjoy a newly renovated modern home built by Proper Build Group & designed by Lux N Home design firm. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, pool, everything. The spacious four-bedroom three-bathroom home is wonderful for accommodating families, friends, & groups traveling together. The pool is heated in the winter & chilled in the summer, ideal for lounging, splashing, & entertaining. The large Baja shelf in the pool allows for fun for all ages.

Enjoy a game of cornhole, practice golf on the putting green, or splash in the heated or chilled pool that is kept at the perfect temperature 24/7.
The large spa-like soaking tub is incredible for a hot bath & the handheld jet shower spray feels like a massage. The standing rain shower has strong water pressure which is great for your back. Guests will enjoy the three full bathrooms designed to modern standards with brand new plumbing & tankless water heater. All bathrooms come with blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. There are plenty of bath towels & pool towels.
We love Organic Cotton Saatva mattresses & we fitted all the bedrooms with the same mattresses we use in our own home. Blackout blinds ensure good night rest. Coming to our home away from home with our family is such a special treat & we hope you enjoy this getaway as much as we do. We ask that you please treat this home with care & respect like you would for your own. There is no constant on-site concierge like one would expect for a hotel.
There is a Universal Level 2 Tesla Wall Connector EV Charger in the garage to seamlessly transition between NACS & J1772 connectors to charge North American EVs (Teslas & non-Teslas). Washing laundry is easy with General Electric laundry washer & dryer. The house has a Google Nest thermostat & SMART TVs.
The one-car garage has a cute 1960s footprint (i.e. it is not large) but it can fit a medium-sized vehicle such as a Tesla 3 or a Ford Bronco. It will be tight getting out of the vehicle so keep that in mind when parking inside the garage. Rivian & Tesla X will not fit & will need to be parked & charged outside on the driveway. The Nissan Leaf will happily saunter in & out of the garage.
PROPERTY SECURITY & HOUSE RULES:
There are 6 exterior cameras on the property for deliveries & security.
- 1 camera for the front door
- 1 camera for the side gate
- 1 camera for the back alley gate
- 1 cameras for the front of the house
- 2 cameras for the RV gate
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM in the City of Scottsdale.
No large events, gatherings, or parties of any kind are allowed. No illegal activities or illegal drugs are allowed. This is not a party house.
No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors.
No pets are allowed. This policy does not apply to service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Cleaning supplies in the hallway closet are reserved for the cleaning team so that they can keep the house sparkling & at its best.
There is a fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink.
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. No diving in the pool. No glass containers near the pool. No tampering with pool equipment or electrical equipment.
Outdoor amenities may be impacted by weather, wind, heat, or acts of nature. There will be no refunds for outdoor amenities being made unavailable due to weather, wind, heat, or acts of nature.
Routine pool & yard maintenance occurs weekly & may overlap with your stay.
All guests are expected to respect house rules to keep the house clean & safe for everyone to enjoy. Failure to abide by house rules can result in cancellation without refund, additional fees, and/or escalation to VRBO in accordance with VRBO policy.
In an effort to support security, guest verification will be requested to protect against fraud and sophisticated scams. A short term rental agreement will be reviewed for your agreement.
