Located in Austin, this condo is a dream. Guests will enjoy two lovely bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a full bed, perfect for a restful night. The two bathrooms include a refreshing shower and a convenient bidet. Climate controlled. In the heart of the South Congress area, it includes two reserved parking spaces (one covered), though you don't need them as you can walk to restaurants, the famed H-E-B Texas grocery store, shopping and entertainment. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring the city, this marvelous condo offers a serene retreat to return to. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

I lived in this condo for more than 10 years, and I truly love both the casa and the neighborhood. South Congress has an energy and character that makes Austin special, and I enjoy sharing that experience with others. This is my only rental property, and I take pride in caring for it and offering guests a comfortable, well-loved space. My goal as a host is simple: I want guests to experience and enjoy Austin as much as I do and to feel at home while they’re here.

I chose the South Congress neighborhood because it captures everything I love about Austin—creativity, energy, and a strong sense of place—while still feeling approachable and livable. South Congress, or “SoCo,” has a distinct personality that blends old-Austin character with a modern, ever-evolving vibe.
The scene is lively and walkable, with iconic local shops, independent boutiques, coffeehouses, and some of Austin’s most well-known restaurants and music venues all within a few blocks. On any given day you’ll see people strolling with coffee in hand, live music drifting from nearby patios, and locals and visitors mingling effortlessly. The street itself feels dynamic without being chaotic, and there’s always something new to discover.
What I enjoy most is how the neighborhood balances excitement with charm. You’re close to downtown, Lady Bird Lake, and major cultural events, yet South Congress still feels like its own community. Tree-lined side streets, a quaint condo property, and pocket parks create a relaxed contrast to the buzz of the main strip. It’s an area where creativity is visible—through art, fashion, food, and music—and where the atmosphere feels welcoming and distinctly Austin.
