## Check-in & Check-out

* Check-in:** From **2:00 PM**
* Check-out:** By **10:00 AM**
* Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.

## Identification & Security

* A valid passport or Emirates ID must be provided prior to arrival, in accordance with UAE regulations.
* Please do not share keys, access cards, or entry codes with anyone outside your booking.
* Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked whenever you leave the property.

## Guests & Visitors

* Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
* Day visitors are permitted only with prior approval from the host.
* Unregistered overnight guests are strictly prohibited.
* The property is for residential accommodation only.
* Parties, events, celebrations, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

## Children & Safety

* Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly around the pool, beach, and BBQ areas.
* Safety features available at the property include a pool gate, first-aid kit, fire extinguishers, and safety fencing where applicable.
* Guests use all facilities at their own risk and are expected to exercise appropriate caution throughout their stay.

## Pets

* Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained.

## Smoking

* Smoking, sheesha, and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.
* Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

## Noise

* Please respect your neighbours and the surrounding community at all times.
* **Quiet hours:** **10:00 PM – 8:00 AM**
* Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

## Cleanliness

* Please keep the property reasonably clean and tidy during your stay.
* Dispose of rubbish using the designated waste bins.
* Additional housekeeping services may be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

## Damage & Liability

* Any damage, breakages, or maintenance issues must be reported immediately.
* Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any items damaged during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
* The host accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
* Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.

## Shared Pool & Beach Rules

* Use of the shared pool and beach facilities is entirely at guests` own risk.
* Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
* Diving, jumping, rough play, or any unsafe behaviour in or around the pool is prohibited.
* Glassware, sharp objects, and other breakable items are not permitted in the pool or beach areas.
* Please take care on wet surfaces and avoid running.
* All community rules, regulations, and posted signage must be observed at all times.
* Community pool operating hours and facility regulations must be respected.
* Any accident, injury, or safety concern must be reported to the host immediately.
