Welcome to King`s Hideaway located in Daytona Beach Shores. This 2-bed/2-Bath condo is a perfect getaway. Features: heated pool, BBQ Grill, beach access directly across A1A (w/ lighted crosswalk) & a private balcony overlooking the pool with a stunning sunset view! The condo is being updated and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials plus some extras. Guests` have full access to the condo.
King`s Getaway has been setup with maximum guest comfort in mind. We have included every amenity you would expect from a fine hotel in addition to all the conveniences of a fully equipped kitchen. If you need or desire to cook during your stay the kitchen is appointed with all of the equipment you would need to create any special meal. If dining out is more suited to your vacation, there are two nice restaurants across the street. For more casual dining, there are several riverfront venues located within a 10 minute drive with exceptional locally caught seafood options.
The condo has a master bedroom where you will find a King size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin Murphy beds; one or both can be lifted out of the way if more space is needed to use the desk. The second bathroom is located adjacent to the back bedroom. In the living room there is ample seating as well as a King size sofa bed which can be made up as either a king or two twin beds.
Each bedroom has a Wi-Fi connected television for you to sign into any subscription service you maintain. Cable television is available in both the living room and the master bedroom.
We have done our best to ensure you have the most pleasant stay possible.
Guest access is granted with key fobs for the building common areas and individualized door codes for our condo. All required information will be communicated to the primary guest seven days prior to checkin.
The best way to reach the property manages is via the messaging portion of your preferred booking platform.
All guest vehicles must be registered with the condo office, this will help facilitate fast communication in the unlikely event of emergency. It will also prevent the vehicle from being towed (at owners expense).
Parties are not permitted by the owner of the Home Owner`s Association. Please be respectful of other people in the building as many of them are full time residents.
Minimum age for booking is 25 years old.
Additional rules: Guests must be 25 to book. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. Guests over 25 may not book a property for the use of a group under the age of 25 (ex: a mom or aunt cannot book a unit for a group of high schoolers where the parent or legal guardian will not be present). Absolutely no smoking in unit or near open doors or windows. Unit is equipped with smoke/marijuana detection system and guests will be removed from property and no refund given if there is any smoke in unit. Guest will maintain the premises in good order and appearance including keeping the premises free of trash and garbage. Reasonable wear and tear are the only exceptions to damage to the premises. Booking guest agrees to be the primary occupant of the dwelling during the entire period of the rental. Guest may not use the premise for commercial or event purposes. No commercial photography or filming is allowed on the property. Guests may not hang towels over outdoor railings, erect tents or banners or do anything else to make property look less appealing to neighbors. Guest agrees to lock all doors and windows when they are not at the property. OCCUPANTS. No more than the number of person(s) entered in the booking may occupy the Premises at any one time unless the prior written consent of the Manager is obtained. All guests over the age of 2 are counted towards the maximum. Any party falsely representing the number of people or exceeding the maximum may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. FURNISHINGS. The unit is completely furnished and stocked. Guest shall return all such items at the end of the stay in a condition as good as existed at the beginning of the booking, normal wear and tear excepted. PROPERTY INSURANCE. Manager and Guest shall each be responsible to maintain appropriate insurance for their respective interests in the Premises and property located on the Premises. Guest is responsible for maintaining casualty insurance on its own property. It is recommended that travel or vacation insurance is obtained by the Guest. Manager requires unit insurance coverage purchase at booking. NON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE. Guest and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks) or inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Guests shall adhere to noise policy and shall interact kindly with neighbors. Guests understand that many units are in residential areas and will act with the utmost respect while at the premise or in the neighborhood/condo. Guest will not be heard using foul language, being rude, arguing or displaying obvious intoxication. Guest will treat property with the same care as if the property was their home and will not hinder normal traffic patterns in the area. Guests will not do anything neither at the unit nor in the neighborhood/building that would cause complaints from neighbors, HOA or Condo Managers or police/code enforcement. Guest will abide by any parking restrictions.
