My Happy Place is a modern and cozy 3-Bedroom home plus an office in the heart of DFW, backing up to the greenbelt & just minutes from walking trails, golf courses, parks and Lewisville Lake. It's minutes away from countless restaurants and grocery stores.



Conveniently located 12 minutes away from DFW Airport and under 30 minutes away from Love Field/Downtown Dallas, this place is perfect and quiet for your long-term stay for business or pleasure.



The Space:

The first floor features the master bedroom, a guest bedroom, and an office space.



Guest Access:

All the areas except the outside Shed and upstairs closet

House Rules:



NO EVENTS & NO PARTIES!!!



• The person who booked the reservation must be residing on the property during the reservation -- NO EXCEPTIONS.



• No more than the registered guests on the reservation may stay overnight. Overnight hours begin at 11 pm.



• Social gatherings are allowed, partying is NOT allowed.



• Please leave the place clean or an additional cleaning fee will incur. If the property is excessively dirty and trash-ridden, an extra fee will be assessed.



• Leave the place on time (check out is at 11am) to ensure that we can clean and turnover for the next guest. If you need more time and we don't have an immediate guest, we will do our best to accommodate you (late checkout fee is $50). If you stay after 1 pm without host permission, you will be charged an additional day and at this point, you will be considered trespassing.



• For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and the house, tampering/blocking the video doorbell or cameras will result in a $500 fine and you will be considered to be breaking the house rules.



Please be respectful of our neighbors.



• We abide by Lewisville noise ordinance and require guests to as well, so no excessive noise. Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence.



• No smoking inside the premises. Evidence of smoking in the home will result in a $200 smoking fee.



* If your stay includes a Tuesday, you will be required to take the trash and recyclable bins out on the curb for pick-up. Trash pick up day is Wednesday Morning.



* This is a self-check-in property and you will not be meeting with your host. You certify that you will read the check-in instructions prior to arrival and that you are capable of following the instructions. You agree that you have read and understood the house manual prior to arrival.



* Bookings will be canceled/Smart Lock disabled during your stay if House Rules are broken and/or if extra guests stay overnight without prior notification or payment.
