The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave. and dishwasher, along with a spacious island that seats three. You'll find plenty of cocktail glasses for entertaining and a convenient coffee bar for your morning routine. Additional appliances include a crockpot, air fryer, toaster and blender.

*THINGS TO DO*
The entertainment in the north is surreal with hiking, fishing, hunting, mushrooming, skiing, tubing, snowshoeing, golfing, ATV trails, camping, boating, kayaking, off roading, and even more. This home features TrueStream high-speed internet along with cards and board games. If you are looking for ORV and snowmobile trails, they are located directly across the street from the house. The Pigeon State Forest is a short drive and is known for its numerous recreational outdoor activities such as morels, hunting, fishing, camping, and wildlife viewing. Big Bear Lake is a short distance to fish, boat, kayak or swim. Gaylord is located 20 miles and is known for its alpine village with several golf resorts and ski slopes. Lewiston is 7 miles and provides fishing, camping, boating, and Garland golf resort. There are plenty of great places to dine in or order out nearby, further information is located within the house.

In the summer months, you will enjoy a large yard and outdoor deck to grill on or enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. There is a firepit and 2 acres of surrounding woods to the property. There is plenty of room to park vehicles, trailers, boats, and toys.

*HOUSE RULES*
-No smoking inside the house.
-No shoes worn inside the house.
-Pets must be registered for $50 fee per pet or an additional fee of $100 per pet will be charged for unregistered pets. Please do not allow pets on beds or furniture.
-No events, parties, or loud gatherings.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm- 8:00 am.
-If having a bonfire, please do not leave it unattended and ensure it is out prior to leaving.
-Do not remove or rearrange furniture or decor inside and outside of the home.
