Event Notice: This property is ideal for hosting events and can comfortably accommodate up to 500 guests. With sufficient planning and advance notice, it can host up to 2,500 people. Any booking with more than 36 guests is considered an event and must be arranged directly with me prior to booking. Event bookings are subject to additional fees, so please contact me in advance to discuss details and availability.

Set on 14 acres of manicured riverfront land along the San Gabriel, this massive private estate is built for large groups, retreats, and creative gatherings. The property features 15 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, on-site parking for 50+ cars, high-speed internet, and a separate washer and dryer. Enjoy two performance stages, a huge covered pavilion seating up to 200 with a full bar, a professional outdoor kitchen (A professional chef is required to use), a heated or cooled pool and jacuzzi, a half-acre pond, and a river at the rear of the yard.

No Outside Visitors:
Please note that only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the property. Visitors or additional guests are not allowed, even for short visits. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this house rule.

This estate offers 15 well-appointed bedrooms designed for large groups, retreats, and extended stays, including 9 bedrooms in the main house, 5 bedrooms in the bungalow block, and 1 private bedroom in the stage suite. All bedrooms in the main house and bungalow blocks have their own private bathrooms for comfort and privacy.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.

➤ Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.
Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.

1. Please contact me through the platform if you have any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so I can effectively prepare for the next guests.

6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per additional half-hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. This home is reserved exclusively for registered guests only. For everyone`s safety and to comply with insurance and community regulations, no unregistered or outside guests are allowed at any time during your stay.
