FIRST FLOOR: living room, kitchen, king bedroom, en-suite bathroom, en-suite laundry, ** covered back porch access through laundry.

SECOND FLOOR: dining/game loft, queen bedroom, en-suite bathroom.

** Please note there is only a two person bar table on the first floor — 4 person dining is on the second floor loft.

Guests have access to the entire house/property, aside from the owners closet, right hand shed, and fenced in lagoon!

** Please stay on trail/inner trail loop to avoid TRESPASSING onto neighbor’s properties

Contact through Airbnb or ring doorbell if there’s an issue during check in.

** Cabin is 1092 sqft and does not have capacity to support events or gatherings.

** Please note this rental is about a 20 minute winding countryside drive to either Frankfort or Shelbyville city limits, or I-64 expressway.

** Nearest food/convenient store is “B&N Food Mart” in Bagdad, Ky (5.7 miles/8 minutes away)

** Nearest major grocery store (Kroger/walmart/etc.) is in Frankfort or Shelbyville about 20 minutes away.

** Please note that this is a log cabin and wood flooring separates levels. Therefore, sound may carry between floors. We have taken actions against this such as, soundproofing holes/cracks and providing a thick sound-absorbing rug pad upstairs, but cannot guarantee sound will not carry.

** Game shed is not temperature controlled.

** Please note that you will be surrounded by nature at this property. Despite regular professional pest-control treatment, and the best cleaning efforts, there is no way to guarantee no pests/bugs can get in (especially if windows or doors have been left open).

** If you are not familiar with the Eastern United States, please note that ticks could potentially be present in tall grass/wooded areas. I highly recommend to stay on the cut trail to avoid them!

** There is potential for you to hear the occasional gun shot during your stay. In Kentucky game hunting is common!

** 🫧🧺 Please start the wash for any used hot tub towels before you go- if stained, please set aside for cleaner.
This helps us maintain an accurate turn over rate as laundry can be the most time consuming part of a clean! Thank you!

** if you plan to use the hot tub, please rinse off any lotions/body oils prior to use! please return the hot tub cover at all times when not in use. Thank you in advance!

** NO fires or smoking in the woods! Fires only in firepit

** 🦌 Please DO NOT cross marked property lines! Game hunting in Kentucky is not uncommon. Please be respectful of our neighbors always and stay on trail/inside trail loop to avoid trespassing!!

** Fenced in lagoon is NOT for swimming!!
