- The loft is a perfect calming space equipped with writers desk with buddha board art set, Yoga mat for light stretching and tatami cushion for meditation. Lounging bed to simply read and relax.



- The living and dining spaces for everyone to gather.



- The mezzanine level, accessed by elegant floating stairs, leads to a basement oasis complete with two bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi, a movie theater with 135 Inch screen and Laser projector, high end Karoake Machine, Speakeasy inspired bar and lots of games and arcade making it a versatile recreational area.

Relax on the expansive deck with a sunken hot tub featuring LED lights -perfect for stargazing with a glass of wine in hand. Get a chilly dip in the Ice bath spa. Listen to the gentle stream that winds through the property. Enjoy grilled delights from BBQ and smores by the fire pit with family and friends.

At the Tri-State A-Frame, we like to keep things natural — you’ll notice our lawn isn’t a perfectly trimmed, golf-course green, and that’s by choice. Achieving that kind of look often requires spraying pesticides, weed killers, and other harsh chemicals, which can harm the land and the wildlife that visit us regularly.



Our property is often graced by deer, wild turkeys, rabbits, chipmunks, and countless birds. These visits are part of what makes this place so special, and we want to keep it that way. By avoiding toxic lawn treatments, we help protect these gentle guests and preserve the natural ecosystem around the cabin.



So yes — you may see a few wildflowers, uneven patches of grass, or clovers underfoot. But that’s exactly how nature intended it: beautiful, alive, and perfectly imperfect.
