A lovingly furnished vacation apartment (63 m²) at the foot of the Staatzer Berg

This lovingly furnished vacation rental at the foot of the “Staatzer Berg” covers an area of 63 square meters and can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment consists of a large living room/kitchen with a pull-out bench (with built-in mattress) that sleeps 2 people. The kitchenette is fully equipped and features an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster. In addition, the vacation rental features a bedroom with a double bed and an additional sofa bed, a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and washing machine, a separate toilet, a large closet, and a storage room in the entryway. Guests are welcome to use the cozy courtyard, which includes a barbecue area. The garden also offers the opportunity to play table tennis or badminton, among other activities. Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or by prior arrangement). Check-out is available from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (or by prior arrangement). Keys will be handed over in person. Pets are not allowed. We are happy to provide a baby bed free of charge upon request. A visitor’s tax of 1.10 euros per person (ages 16 and up) will be charged in cash on site. For stays of 01.01.2026, the visitor’s tax is 2.60 euros per person per night. Breakfast is available for a fee of 6 euros. Please let us know your preferences regarding this at least 1 day before arrival. Payment is due in cash on site. A prepayment of 15% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking.
