The Förster-Schrödter-Straße vacation apartment complex (built in 2005) in Koserow is about an 8-minute walk from the beach. The 4 vacation homes contain 20 residential units. Each apartment features a terrace or balcony as well as a storage shed. A pastry shop and bakery serving breakfast is about a 5-minute walk away.
You’ll find rest and relaxation in our lovingly and modernly furnished vacation apartments. The Baltic Sea resort of Koserow offers many activities, all of which are within walking distance. Welcome to your stylishly renovated 3-room vacation apartment on the first floor of a lovingly designed vacation complex in Koserow. Here you’ll find the perfect combination of modern comfort and the authentic Baltic Sea vacation atmosphere.

The spacious living area, featuring a cozy corner sofa, an electric corner fireplace, and an open, modern kitchen, invites you to relax and enjoy time together. The large dining table offers plenty of space for social evenings with family or friends. Two comfortable bedrooms ensure restful nights.

The vacation apartment underwent extensive renovations in early 2024: In addition to a new kitchen, the bathroom was modernized and many details were lovingly restored.

The location is ideal for a relaxing vacation on Usedom: The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 400 meters away and can be easily reached in just a few minutes on foot. The impressive Koserow pier and the historic salt huts are also nearby and invite you to take walks and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

A special highlight for families and day trips is Karl’s Adventure Village, located just about 1 km away.

Shopping options, restaurants, and everything you need for a great vacation are also located right nearby. Enjoy relaxing days by the Baltic Sea and feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
