Step onto the private balcony to enjoy the fresh sea breeze. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area, ideal for home-cooked meals.
Guests have access to excellent shared amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, and a sauna for added relaxation.
The building also features BBQ grills, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor dining.
Bella Luna 208 is well suited for families and extended stays, combining comfort, convenience, and a prime coastal setting.

• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
