Welcome to your private Tucson escape — a thoughtfully designed Southwest-style home featuring a private pool (unheated), covered patio, and relaxing outdoor spaces, perfect for families, couples, or small groups seeking comfort and privacy in the desert.
This recently remodeled, well-loved home blends modern updates with authentic Tucson charm, offering a quiet retreat after exploring the city, the mountains, or the University of Arizona. Located in a well established Tucson neighborhood.
3 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms, In a tranquil, mature, east Tucson location. Blocks from the Park Place Mall, a 15 minute drive to downtown and the U of A, close to hiking, dining, and shopping, and a quick drive to desert trails, the Rillito River Path ("the loop" bike trail) and scenic mountain views.
- Fully remodeled interior with curated Southwest décor.
- Open kitchen with breakfast bar, coffee nook, and well-stocked essentials.
- Comfortable living room with large TV and seating.
-Private walled backyard with pool
-Covered patio lounge with outdoor seating.
-Multiple outdoor dining and relaxation areas.
-Quiet residential neighborhood
-The pool and patio areas are ideal for cooling off during warm months and enjoying Tucson’s beautiful evenings.
WE HAVE VERY FEW RULES HERE AND RELY ON OUR GUESTS GOOD JUDGMENT, BUT PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH OUR RULES FOR THE POOL AREA BEFORE BOOKING. WE ENFORCE THEM.
- The pool is for the private use our guests only. It is not heated nor does it have the ability to be heated. We request that you keep the noise level down in the pool area and do not play any music outdoors. We do not permit even small parties or boisterous loud behavior. Please limit outdoor pool activities to no later than 10PM.
- Off street parking is private, safe, secure and steps away from the house.
- The back yard is completely fenced.
- Hiking, golf and cycling areas are numerous and close by.
- The home is air conditioned and heated. It has a full size washer and dryer.
- Please let us know in advance if you are expecting visitors. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight or use the facilities unless we are notified and have agreed in advance.
- No pets please.
- A excessive cleaning fee will be imposed if the house needs more than standard, turn over cleaning and restocking.

Grew up in Colorado and moved to Arizona after falling in love with the Sonoran Desert. Lawyer turned diplomat, I love adventure, travel, and new experiences. I love hosting because it allows me to share something I love (my home, and the Tucson area), meet new people, and make new friends.
