Cozy vacation apartment with two bedrooms and terrace

Our cozy 50-square-meter vacation rental has three rooms and is located on the first floor. The living and dining area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a TV, and a seating area. The terrace and garden are accessible from the living area. The garden features a small children’s playground, a stone seating area, and a barbecue area. The kitchenette is well-equipped with 4 stovetop burners, an exhaust hood, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, dish towels, and a toaster. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower. Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are included in the price. A bread delivery service and use of the washing machine are available upon request for a fee.On the day of arrival, the vacation apartments or the vacation home are available from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged. For later cancellations, 100% of the accommodation price is due. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. No pets allowed. A gratuities of EUR 1.00 per person per day will be charged on-site. Visitor’s tax: EUR 2.00 per person per day for guests aged 16 and older; EUR 1.00 per person per day for guests aged 12 to 15; no visitor’s tax applies to guests under 11 years of age. Keys will be handed over in person on-site.
