Finca Laurel is idyllically located between Cas Concos, Santanyí and Campos and offers beautiful views of the countryside. All three towns are just a few minutes' drive away.
The charming town of Santanyi is ideal for strolling and shopping. There is a wide selection of first-class restaurants around the market square, and the market on Wednesdays and Saturdays attracts visitors from all over the island.

The small town of Campos has a beautiful town centre with shops, boutiques, typical cafés and bars serving traditional Mallorcan cuisine, as well as some very good restaurants. On Saturdays, there is a large weekly market with a flea market, antiques and souvenir stalls. Three large supermarkets and a Müller market are located approximately 1.3 kilometres away. The area around Campos is characterised by fields and agriculture and offers good routes for cyclists.
The small village of Cas Concos boasts excellent restaurants and is situated in a particularly scenic location. The nearest shopping facilities are also located here: a small supermarket and a bakery.

Finca Laurel is an elegant and tastefully decorated house with a stylish mix of antiques and high-quality modern furniture. On the ground floor, there is a spacious, bright living/dining room with access to the various terraces and an open fireplace. Right next to it is the modern and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and access to the dining terrace. Also on the ground floor is a large double bedroom with a sofa area and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom and the en-suite bathroom are wheelchair accessible.

A staircase leads from the entrance hall to the actual sleeping area. Here you will find 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The impressive master bedroom has a large bathroom with bathtub and shower area, as well as access to a terrace with a view of the landscape. Next to it is a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite shower room, which also has access to this terrace.

Opposite are two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, which share the second terrace on the upper floor. This overlooks the pool area and is furnished with a lounge set.

All bedrooms have large wardrobes and are equipped with air conditioning.

The finca is equipped with the latest technology. Special attention was paid to sustainability during construction. The finca has solar power, and consumption can be monitored and optimised via a provided iPad.

Finca Laurel has a spacious outdoor area with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The 15 x 7 metre pool with surrounding teak decking is equipped with an automatic pool cover, making it usable almost all year round. The house has a large dining terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. There is also a large covered terrace with views of the garden and pool. The garden is beautifully lit in the evening. There is ample parking for several cars.

Children are welcome. A cot and high chair are available free of charge.
