First, I want to apologize that a few items during your arrival did not meet the high standard we aim to provide. We take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously, and your comments regarding the floor and upstairs bathroom were addressed immediately with our cleaning team to reinforce our final inspection process. Regarding the keypad lock, the battery level unexpectedly dropped shortly before your arrival. While we attempted to offer a quick interim solution until we could replace the battery in person, we understand that guests should not have to deal with maintenance items during their stay. Since then, all locks have been serviced and added to our routine turnover checklist to ensure they are fully operational for every arrival. The home was recently renovated, and we appreciate the note about some finishing details such as paint splatter and the fresh paint smell. Those items are already being addressed as part of our post-renovation touch-ups so the home reflects the level of quality we expect for our guests. I also appreciate your kind words about our communication and am glad we were able to help quickly when your daughter’s bag was left behind. Guest feedback is incredibly valuable, especially for a newly launched property, and we continue to refine our processes to provide a smooth and comfortable stay for every visitor.
