Quite Private Apt for Traveling Professionals

Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to provide an accurate listing and a comfortable stay for every guest. For future guests, I’d like to clarify a few points. Our listing does not include a washer or dryer as an advertised amenity. The apartment is maintained at a comfortable 72°F, and we also provide a portable heater for guests who prefer a warmer temperature. The entry door uses a keypad lock, and while we have not received similar concerns from previous guests, we are always available to assist if anyone experiences difficulty. Regarding insects, the property is professionally treated on a regular schedule. As is common in Florida, an occasional insect may enter if the door is left open frequently, but we take every report seriously and respond promptly. Finally, our listing includes a published pet fee. During this reservation, we discovered that pets had been brought without being declared at the time of booking, so we simply requested the standard fee in accordance with our house rules. We remain committed to providing a clean, accurately described, and welcoming stay for all of our guests.
