Every bit as nice as the photos. So relaxing to sit on the deck enjoy nature. Luke was an excellent host. Definitely would stay here again.

The accommodations were amazing! The host added so many special touches in this place; simple things people commonly forget like q-tips and spices. Beautifully decorated and very well kept. The pictures accurately depicted the layout. The bathrooms were beautifully tiled. The only issue we experienced was with the super rough and steep driveway, but all in all a completely fulfilling experience and wonderful stay.

Thank you so much for the kind review! We work hard to make our guests feel at home "away from home". No one wants to make unnecessary trips in case something is missed or forgotten when packing. In our description we strongly recommend the use of an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle. When building the home we deliberated about the driveway but decided the serenity and seclusion warranted building the driveway the way we did. We look forward to you booking with us again the next time you choose to visit beautiful Mohican.

Loved the umbrella for the hot tub & other one on the deck so we could still get outside even though it was sprinkling. Great place to relax, do a puzzle and enjoy nature

Location is nice. Loved the seclusion. Overall, we enjoyed our stay though the address provided on Vrbo seemed to have an incorrect number, but we found it easily enough by driving down the road.

This cabin home was an awesome place to stay for my girls weekend. We used the hottub and the kitchen island was perfect for gaming. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very spacious and the property outside is very picturesque (we saw multiple deer). It's also very clean with many extras - beach towels provided for the hottub, lots of coffee and spices, and even a case of bottled water for us. The only caution is the steep driveway. One car was okay because it had 4-wheel drive, but the other 2 cars spun their tires a bit getting up the incline. I would consider staying here again if the driveway was paved or had new gravel to fill all the ruts.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! It was incredibly clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. We especially loved that there were activities for kids, which made the stay fun and memorable for the whole family. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, and the cabin truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a clean, beautiful, and family-friendly getaway!

Although in a pretty rural area, Mohican hiking is 15 minutes away. The house is spacious, gorgeous, and the view is lovely. The hosts were hospitable and communicative when we reached out. We used the hot tub, which we loved. It offered us a nice place to meet up, relax and have fun. Be aware the driveway is steep and has some deep ruts. In the wrong weather conditions, could be difficult or impossible to get up without AWD/4WD. Outside of that issue, we'd stay here again.

This is a beautiful house and great location for a remote vacay. Luke was very attentive and helpful when needed. I wish though that we had known about the driveway in the initial information. It is steep and without proper vehicles very difficult to traverse. We did not have all wheel or 4-wheel, but did get up with a running start. As it was a very hot time of the year we did not use the hot tub.The house has a lot of quirks, like where the light switches are located, the bathroom doors don't close tightly and hot is cold and cold is hot in the showers. Nothing too major, but just minor quirks.If you plan on cooking at the house know that there is a toaster and pots and pans, but if you need something special for your cooking, you'll need to bring it with you.We also brought in dinner Creekside Bar and Grill. Most of us walked away with tummy aches as the fries were very greasy and the burgers were hockey pucks. Don't recommend it!I'm glad that this home was spacious enough for 3 families, including 4 children.. They had a great time playing outside.

We make it very clear in our description on VRBO and in the welcome email to the person who made the reservation that a 4wheel drive or an all wheel drive is recommended. Our kitchen is fully stocked with an air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, blender, grill and a large supply of cooking utensils. As well as complete service for 1O guests.

The cabin was great-- except there wasn't a washer or dryer.The setting was peaceful. We enjoyed the firepit and hot tub!I held my breath, going up & down the STEEP lane- would consider it a lot more than an 8-10% grade especially the very top part. Would hate to try it during inclement weather!With all the above in mind, we still had a good time with family & friends!

The description of the home clearly lists that there is no available washer and dryer. In addition the follow-up email that we send also reiterates that there is no available washer and dryer. The driveway is graded at 12% then 8% then 12% and is fully disclosed in our description. IWe do utilize a professional snow removal team to maintain the driveway for our skiing and winter guests.
