Great location and amenities. Not stocked well (i.e. 2 towels, no dish cloth, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, etc.) Very comfy !!

Great location! The listing was very accurate. The communication was great and check in was incredibly easy. It was also nice to have an assigned/covered parking spot that we used for a rented golf cart. The shuttle to and from the airport was a plus.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Havana in Duval Square. The condo was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with every utensil and amenity we needed. One of our favorite features was the excellent location—there were restaurants directly below the unit, and we were able to walk everywhere, including the Southernmost Point.The dedicated parking space in the parking garage was another huge advantage and made our stay even more convenient.We also loved working with Colocada Vacation Rentals. Their team was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary shuttle service was a fantastic bonus. We had such a great experience that we will definitely book with Colocada Vacation Rentals again on our next visit.

The condo location was great and the interior was clean and well kept. The smaller bedroom upstairs could definitely use an additional AC unit as it got very hot. You are unable to control the thermostat in the unit either as it is locked up, so it was a bit uncomfortable for the guests sleeping in that room. The gate key for the parking garage was also missing when we arrived, and we were told the previous guests must have accidentally taken it. It was a bit frustrating that this was not double checked prior to our arrival and it caused our check in to be a little more stressful than necessary. The kitchen and master bathroom did have quite a few ants, but luckily we located some ant traps in the unit and placed them out on the counters. Other than that, the stay was good!

We were glad we could bring you a replacement key card immediately upon arrival so you could get settled quickly. We’re also sorry for the confusion regarding the temperature controls. Instructions for both the primary bedroom thermostat and the thermostat for the entire apartment are included in the check-in information and guest book, and both are fully accessible and unlocked. Our entire team lives locally in Key West and is available throughout your stay via our app, Vrbo messaging, email, and telephone. We take great pride in our properties and genuinely want every guest to have a wonderful stay and leave Key West with only the best memories. We always encourage guests to contact us with any concern, no matter how small. When we know about an issue during a stay, our local team can typically respond quickly and resolve it. We sincerely wish we’d had the opportunity to address your concerns while you were here, as providing attentive and responsive service is something our entire team truly cares about.

The property is very old, run down, furniture needs to be replaced, entire interior and trim needs to be repainted, paint chipped off of the majority of trim and molding, significant number of ants in both bedroom bathrooms, mattresses need to be replaced as they are soft and worn out, and not least of all, the property manager has hidden the thermostat underneath an alarm cover, seemingly to prevent guests from lowering the temperature.

This guest checked in at midnight and called at 1am abusive, curt and using foul language despite our answering the phone at 1am when he called to demand that he be moved to another unit immediately because the AC didn't work. We are able to monitor the ac remotely and I explained that thermostat was set to 74 and was at temperature. I lowered it for him remotely and it immediately responded so the ac was working. I invited him to adjust it wherever he was comfortable though and explained where the thermostat was he was still angry. He claimed that we were hiding it under an alarm panel but our system which includes locks and thermostat is manufactured and monitored by Alarm.com Not "hidden under an alarm panel" Equally when he called and "Bathrooms upstairs are infiltrated with ants" we sent housekeeping immediately and they were unable to locate one ant. I reviewed the pictures as well. thankfully we were able to submit the photos to VRBO support to substantiate our side. I think this guest was having a bad travel day and decide to take it out on us.

Had a great time staying at Casa Havana! Perfect location walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, clean and comfortable property, great communication with the host. They held onto our luggage after check out, which was very helpful. Had a shuttle available to and from the ferry terminal. All around awesome stay, highly recommend and will rebook in the future!
