Welcome to your perfect refuge in the mountains of Extrema! This cosy cottage is the ideal place for those seeking peace, nature and leisure all in one place. With a large green area, private swimming pool, barbecue and plenty of space to relax, here you will find everything you need for an unforgettable stay in contact with nature.

The property is just a few minutes from Extrema town centre, guaranteeing easy access to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Furthermore, you are close to a beautiful waterfall with a wooded area, perfect for those who want to explore the natural beauty of the region. The access road is well signposted and ideal for a peaceful journey.

Accommodations

The farmhouse has 2 comfortable suites that accommodate up to 15 people. In suite 1, you will find 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. In suite 2, there is 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 trundle bed. We also have 6 extra single mattresses available for greater flexibility. All suites feature mattress protectors and electric showers for your comfort.

Complete Kitchen

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, deep fryer, blender, kettle, various utensils and crockery. Everything you need to prepare your meals with peace of mind. Please note that we do not provide kitchen groceries.

Leisure Areas

Enjoy the private swimming pool measuring 2m wide by 5m long, perfect for cooling off on hot days. The barbecue is ideal for gathering the group and preparing a delicious barbecue. We also have hammocks scattered throughout the property for those moments of pure relaxation. The ground fire pit is available for guest use, and we provide a firewood kit as an exclusive courtesy on one night of your stay (usually on Saturdays). For the other nights, extra firewood is the guest's responsibility and can be easily purchased from local shops.

Amenities

The room is very comfortable, equipped with sofas, chairs, TV and portable fan. You also have 200 Mega Wi-Fi to stay connected. Iron, first aid kit, security cameras in external areas, 110V and 220V outlets complete the property's structure.

Parking and Security

We have 3 garage spaces in the same building, ensuring security for your vehicles. The car park is covered and protected.

Your pet is welcome! You can bring up to 2 pets to enjoy your stay with you.

Important Rules

We value harmony and tranquillity. Therefore, we do not permit parties and require full respect for the Quiet Hours policy - loud noise is prohibited. The use of balloons or inflatable items is also not allowed in the swimming pool area to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the equipment. Smokers are welcome, but we ask for discretion. The stay is for the number of people stated at the time of booking. Any difference in the number of guests and/or visitors may incur additional costs and must always be reported to the property manager before check-in.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in from 14:00 to 18:00 and check-out at 11:00. All days of the week follow the same times.
