✓ A one-time $75 community registration fee is required per reservation.

✓ This fee is collected with your reservation and is remitted to Stillwater Estates as part of the required guest registration process. The host does not keep any portion of this fee.

✓ The registration fee includes access to the community amenities during your stay.

✓ Guests who wish to use the seasonal community pool are required by Stillwater Estates to purchase a $5 pool wristband per guest. This fee is also paid to the community and is not a host fee.

✓ Guest names and vehicle information must be submitted at least 72 hours before check-in so your registration and amenity passes can be prepared.

The house is set up to make it a fun experience for a family. The outdoor games and arcade games are fun for every age group. We loved the lighting and art work and the house had a fun , welcoming vibe. My family had so much fun! Troy always responded quickly and he was very helpful when I had questions before my arrival. I highly recommend staying there.

Really cool spot with tons of value for the price--the PS5 was a fun surprise. Had an issue with my account on Vrbo's end, and while the company support was less than useless, Troy was super helpful and made sure the stay still went through without a hitch. Definitely a host that goes above and beyond.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental property. Lots of interesting things to do on rainy days and availability of online options for viewing. We use the kayaks and took them in not only the Hawkkey Run river behind the unit but also took them down to Sunset Lake. Did plenty of fishing and tossing back right out back in the yard. Great for family fun.

Over the top. Superior gaming activities, hi-tech appliances and decorations, every aspect was thought of in detail and covered thoroughly. Light fixtures are very welcoming and vibrant.

Absolutely enjoyed our overnight stay! The place is as described. Extremely plain and creative touches with lots of fun mixed in. Would be a great place for kids of all ages. Wish I had time to use the bike bikes or even the kayak. Love the stream outback. Chat there this morning with coffee it was delightful. Thank you Troy! Hope to come back again someday

Everything was great. I have stayed at many short term rentals that had a few things like cooking spray, aluminum foil, etc. This house did not, so don't assume anything is there when you shop for groceries. No fault of the owner, just prepare yourself at the store. I would definitely stay again, or try their other home across the street.
