Just a bright, modern beach house where your whole crew (dog included) can spread out, unplug, and remember what a real Gulf Coast getaway is supposed to feel like.

Crystal Blue sits half a block from the Gulf on the Bolivar Peninsula -- drive straight in, no ferry required. Three bedrooms, two baths, sleeps 12.

LIVING AND KITCHEN
Open-concept living with vaulted wood-plank ceilings, plush sectional, and 75" smart TV. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking -- full appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher), all the cookware, and coffee two ways (drip and K-Cup).

Wraparound covered deck with ceiling fans and real outdoor seating. Private cedar-built outdoor shower -- fully enclosed, open sky above. Full-size charcoal grill, gas grill, picnic table, and free parking on the property.

GUEST ACCESS
Full private use of the entire home -- all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and the deck. Beach is a 5-minute walk (half a block west). A unique feature of the Texas Gulf Coast: you can also drive your vehicle directly onto the sand.

PET POLICY
Pets welcome. $118 pet fee per stay. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets. Please clean up after your pet.

DAMAGE WAIVER
Your stay includes a Damage Waiver covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage to furniture, fixtures, and appliances -- as long as it's reported before checkout.
